You’ll start looking for the drug again once you experience some withdrawal symptoms. You’ll feel very dependent on the drugs like it’s the only hope you have to lose weight. Now you end up treating two drug addictions in your life, worsening your problems in the process.

4. You may experience multiple side effects.

Some of the ingredients placed on these weight loss pills may have fat suppressants or burners, but they also diminish your nutrient absorption. And what happens afterward? It alters the transportation of nutrients and hormone productions in your body. Leading to an upset stomach, headaches, mood swings, as well as other infections that can put your health and body at major risks. Instead of solving one underlying weight problem, you’re only creating more problems in your health.

5. You Won’t Change Your Habits

healthy lifestyle

Let’s say weight loss pills may work for you and you’ve finally lost some weight, but you have to remember that it’s only temporary.
